Our team of drivers are all NVQ qualified and first aid trained and are fully conversant with the correct loading, handling and securing of wheelchairs and passengers. Our fleet is completely wheelchair accessible and offer a swivel seat to help anyone with difficulty in accessing the taxi. We can also offer a tail-lift minibus as an alternative. A copy of our Best Practice Guide is carried by every driver as a reference to risk assessment, comfort and safety.
